Volumetric mass divider with rounder
Thalassa volumetric mass dividers increase production and streamline work in all types of bakeries. Developed according to the drum and piston weighing system, they weigh by absorbing the dough and then cutting it at speeds of between 20 and 30 pieces/minute. They are designed to withstand the most stringent working conditions. A variable speed drive is fitted as standard.

- Weighing accuracy and rounding quality
Our range consists of equipment with high weighing accuracy and high repeatability over time. The high quality of the puffing is produced due to the design of the renowned tile tester.
Helical drive sprockets
These provide maximum strength and at the same time also bring minimum noise to the machine.
The drum is manufactured in Hard Chrome and the piston in the AISI 304 stainless steel material, allowing to work in demanding conditions.
Variable speed drive
Equipped with electromechanical speed variator.
No lubrication of components with food-grade oil is required.
Optional oil circuit (with or without oil)
Depending on dough hardness and production quantity (kg).
