  • Ceramic heating elements: Ensures a homogeneous, smooth and fluid heat release, with total control of the heat distribution on the ceiling, floor and mouth by means of the control panel, optimising the heat supplied and the baking quality. More than 90% of the ceiling and floor of the oven is a radiant surface, maintaining total control of the baking process of the product at each stage, increasing productivity and reducing baking times.
    • Power Master Control System: Adapts the power to the baking surface and to the different types of products, saving up to 50% of the nominal power.
    • Smart Heating System: Alternating activation of floor and ceiling heating elements.
  • The internal material of the oven is made of black blued steel, which achieves a higher heat radiation, making it possible to increase the heat transmission over the entire surface.
