Zero emissions to the atmosphere

Our plant has no direct emission sources to the atmosphere.

In addition, we continue to upgrade our equipment, replacing more polluting transport systems with more efficient alternatives, such as next-generation forklifts that significantly reduce emissions.

Zero discharge

We do not carry out any type of discharge into seas, rivers, or waterways, ensuring the protection of natural resources.

Responsible waste management

We manage all waste generated, distinguishing between:

Non-hazardous: inert materials, plastics, cardboard, wood
Hazardous: contaminated containers, oils, solvents, industrial dust, batteries, electronic equipment, among others

We also promote continuous initiatives to reduce waste generation and ensure proper waste management.

Energy efficiency

We actively implement a strategy to minimize energy consumption across both manufacturing processes and all other activities:

Lighting systems with presence sensors and LED technology
Optimization of production processes through robotics and laser technology

Sustainable packaging

We are moving towards a more sustainable packaging model:

Reduction of materials such as cardboard, wood, and plastic film
Progressive replacement with less impactful alternatives
Reuse of pallets in domestic shipments
Recycling and reuse of supplier packaging
Responsible handling of packaging during installation by our technical service team

Eco-design

Sustainability is integrated into the design of our products:

Development of equipment with lower energy consumption
Implementation of ECO functions in control panels
Auto shut-off systems that optimize energy use
