Night Baking Feature
End-time scheduling (ON)
Planning is done by setting the time at which night baking must be finished.
Automatic shut-off option (OFF)
If desired, a shut-off time can be added to automate the end of the process.
Guided operation from the STC panel
A program integrated into ovens equipped with the STC panel, designed to plan night baking easily from the built-in calendar for Timed Starts / Night Baking.
More control, less rushing in the morning. You set the finish time (ON) and arrive to a completed batch, ready to start the day without hurry.
Better work organization. You plan production the previous afternoon and reduce the load of critical tasks at opening.
Less manual intervention and fewer mistakes. With a timer, there’s less need to “keep an eye on” starting or constantly monitoring the process.
Reduced risk of overbaking. Schedule-based planning helps repeat routines and results more consistently, especially in daily production.
Lower risk of waste/losses. With end-of-process control options (and, if used, shut-off/end of baking), you reduce the impact of delays or oversights.
Better use of the team’s time. The oven can run during quieter hours, freeing up the morning slot for restocking, fermentation, shaping, and serving the bakery/shop.
Production ready for store opening, making it easier for staff to find the product prepared for shelf replenishment.
Automatic start without needing to “keep an eye on it,” avoiding delays due to lack of staff or peak workloads in the bakery at the start of the day.
Safer end of process to prevent losses
Reduce the risk of overbaking
