Salva Industrial will be at GulfHost 2026 in Dubai

Salva Industrial will take part in GulfHost 2026, taking place from 3 to 5 November at Dubai World Trade Centre. The event will bring together professionals and companies from the hospitality and foodservice sectors, offering a new opportunity to present our bakery and pastry solutions in one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East.

During the three-day event, the Salva team will showcase a selection of equipment covering different stages of the production process, from dough preparation and sheeting to controlled fermentation and baking.

The equipment on display will include the Boutique in a 2 EMT + KX-5 A configuration, the Iverpan FCX-20 for controlled fermentation, and the BR-18 M rack oven, designed for professional production environments requiring consistency and capacity.

The line-up will be completed by an AE-25 kg spiral mixer and an L-500 700 L dough sheeter, allowing visitors to discover an integrated approach to bakery and pastry production.

Salva technology for professional production

Our presence at GulfHost is another opportunity to bring Salva technology closer to bakeries, pastry shops, hotels, foodservice operators, distributors and hospitality projects across the Middle East.

Rather than presenting individual machines in isolation, our aim is to show how different solutions can work together within the same production process to improve control, consistency and operational efficiency.

The Iverpan FCX-20, for example, provides controlled fermentation management to help bakeries better organise production according to their operational needs. Combined with dough preparation, sheeting and baking equipment, the stand will offer a broad view of the solutions available for different production volumes and business models.
