Salva Industrial drives innovation with the support of the HAZITEK program

At Salva Industrial, we continue to invest in innovation and technological development in the bakery and pastry sector. Thanks to the support of the HAZITEK program, co-financed by the Basque Government and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2021-2027, we have received funding for three cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of our products and services.

1. SCAPHOR - New concepts for retractable automatic doors

The SCAPHOR project (Project No. ZL-2024/00400) aims to develop a new generation of retractable automatic doors that optimize the efficiency and performance of ovens in the retail sector. With this initiative, we seek to improve oven safety, durability, and capacity, while reducing energy consumption and enhancing baking processes.

2. AIDIS - Connectivity and AI in bakery processes

The AIDIS project (Project No. ZE-2023/00043) focuses on digitizing and connecting Salva’s systems. With new AI-powered functionalities, we will optimize the management of both ovens and bakery processes. Our goal is to provide smarter and more efficient solutions, enabling real-time monitoring and control of equipment.

3. HIRCAE - Smart oven for the retail sector

The HIRCAE project (Project No. ZL-2024/00534) is designed to develop a high-efficiency smart oven for the retail sector. This oven will incorporate innovative technologies to improve the baking process, reduce energy consumption, and maximize productivity in bakeries and pastry shops.
