Burner / Carameliser
SALVA's burners have been specially designed for ease of use. Fitted with a long, hard-wearing ergonomic handle to hold the burner comfortably with both hands. Heating element shielded inside a stainless steel tube, enhancing its usefulness and achieving a constant temperature.
Tempering pots and bowls
The new tempering pots and bowls have fundamental changes in their construction, improving their performance. Made from a stainless steel-aluminium-stainless steel panel (AISI304), they ensure the pot or bowl is clean and conductive, allowing any type of preparation, however delicate. Shielded heating elements welded to the container. Protected contacts for cleaning with IP67 rating. They are designed to ease the work of cake makers, offering full control without any wasted heat. There are multiple heat intensity levels, adjustable from the control board.
Temperer for ice cream and cake makers
Being a waterless heat-carrier temperer, it provides dry heat without inertia and without negatively affecting the coating. It is designed to maintain smooth heat with delicate characteristics without any loss of coating. In short, it is an effective device for the manufacture of chocolates, cake decorations, ice cream, etc.
Dishwasher
At SALVA we offer 4 different models of fully equipped dishwashers. They comply with the most advanced regulations for this type of machinery. Designed for easy access in any premises. Their special programme ensures savings by washing more kitchenware items per cycle.

In spite of the difficult current health situation, we at SALVA would like to convey to you that none of our employees is afected.
As of today, goverment directives allow the free circulation of goods so we are shipping and receiving them without any issues at all.
Our production capacity remains untouched and we have taken strict preventive measures to ensure it will continue this way in the future.
Among these measures we would like to inform you that we have postponed our business trips, exhibitions, training courses and that most of our office employees are already working from home. The employees that still need to come to our factory undergo invidual temperature checks before accessing our premises and we have cancel visits.
