FHL horizontal Dough Moulder has the first adjustable static stretching, which allows it to adapt perfectly to dry and hydrated doughs.

Characteristics of the Horizontal Bread Moulder

Bread dough roll moulder with adjustable static first stretching, suitable for dry or hydrated doughs.
Width of 600 or 750 mm.
Production: up to 40 pieces/minute.
Weight range from 60 to 1000 gr.
The forming system consists of:
Adjustable pre-laminating roller.
3 non-stick laminating rollers.
Standard left-hand control, optional right-hand control.
With all this we obtain a high quality progressive forming.

Options of the Horizontal Dough Moulder

Outfeed conveyor with optional feet of different dimensions of 500 or 1000 mm.
Adjustable tip system for the forming of the tip-bread.
Independent cutting module.
Cutting system for bread rolls
Hydrated dough electric dough mixer.
Forming with binary input.
Dynamic first stretching. Counter-rotating canvas (more stretching potential).
Control panel on the right. Standard left.
