Baguette Moulder
SALVA's baguette moulders are vertical machines that, by means of a set of rollers and skids, shape the loaves of bread. They are equipped with progressive forming systems, which allow for the correct forming of any type of loaf of bread, including the forming of highly hydrated loaves. The dough formers facilitate the forming of bread and allow to increase the production of any bakery.

The vertical baguette moulder for bakery is designed and conceived exclusively for forming dough portions of bread dough, with a degree of hydration between 50-75%.
Dynamic vertical baguette moulder with double runner.
Recommended for hydrations higher than 55%.
For the same width of canvas, vertical baguette moulders achieve greater stretching than horizontal moulders.
It allows the forming of pieces weighing between 50-1,200 gr.
