Dough Divider PR
The volumetric dough divider is used to divide a large dough into portions of a predefined weight (all dough balls leave the machine with the same defined weight). The weight of the dough portions coming out of the machine can be adjusted by varying the piston cavity when the piston takes up dough. The PR is a volumetric divider, designed exclusively for dividing dough portions of bread dough with a degree of hydration between 50-75%.

VOLUMETRIC DIVIDER OPTIONS
- Oil-free piston.
- Oil drip system for small parts. Lubrication oil reservoir on the piston surface. Provides increased lubrication for small parts.
- Double piston volumetric divider.
- Electronic variable speed drive: Allows the speed range to be selected electronically from the options:
- 960 - 1500 pcs/hour
- 1200 - 1800 pieces/hour
- Spiral dough feeder in the hopper: Accessory for the hopper that works by means of timed impulses through the control. It pushes the dough towards the piston to avoid weighing deficiencies.
- Dynamic rounding: Motorised belt supplement in opposite direction for more demanding rounding.
- Electric flouring device on exit conveyor belt.
- Longer length of the belt for a better blowing (2 pistons).
- Additional table for additional winding conveyor belt
