Club Richemont Spain Technical Day: A Weekend of Innovation and Gastronomic Experiences

Club Richemont España is pleased to announce its next Technical Day, which will be held at the Salva Industrial, SL facilities in Lezo, Gipuzkoa, on 18 and 19 May 2024. This event promises to be a unique experience for bread and pastry lovers, bringing together leading experts and talented professionals from the sector.

The day will start at 9am with a warm welcome by Club Richemont España. Then, the "Espigas" team, made up of José Roldán, Samuel Suarez, Daniel Flecha and Jesús Sánchez, winners of the prestigious "BREAD IN THE CITY" championship in Rimini, will delight attendees with live demonstrations of their best bakery and pastry creations baked in the ovens equipped in the Salva Showroom.

In addition, the Club Richemont España Assembly will be held, where important topics such as participation in international meetings and the club's future projects will be discussed.

After the assembly at Salva's premises, two keynote lectures will be given by renowned experts in the field. Juan Revenga Frauca will present "Lights and shadows of bread as a food in our days" followed by Jorge Pastor Moreno with his conference "Healthy Bread: Definition, description, characteristics".

The highlight of the event will be the presentation of the analytical results of healthy breads carried out at CETECE.
