What did I need?

Çuina was born out of a love for cooking and pastry. It is a comprehensive culinary innovation project that brings together different concepts under one roof: Academy, Bakery, Restaurant & Events.
Each space shares the same philosophy: good taste, design, creativity, and unforgettable moments.

The bakery, the heart of Çuina, experienced rapid growth thanks to the recognition of its artisanal bread and signature pastries. However, this growth brought an important challenge: maintaining quality and the artisanal essence while increasing production and efficiency.
Xano needed equipment that would allow him to scale up the bakery’s capacity without compromising flavor, texture, or aesthetics.
