Twin arm mixer
They give energy to the dough through the back-and-forth movement of 2 articulated arms, which simulate the manual work of an artisan baker. They are characterised by low aggressiveness on the dough and high dough oxygenation. They can be used to ensure high-quality airy bread. The trough is moved by a rotation motor. This is reversible for easier emptying.

CAPACITY
The range of arm mixers consists of several models that can hold from 25kg up to 150 kg of dough.
DESIGN
Arms and bowl in AISI-304 steel, providing maximum chemical stability in contact with the food that makes up the dough. It consists of two articulated arms that knead while the bowl rotates the dough and a protective cover that prevents the dough from falling out.
SPEED
It can be adapted to different types of dough and obtain a uniform and homogeneous mixture, thanks to its two speeds.
SAFETY
Incorporates safety measures, such as the kneading lock with the door opening, resulting in a machine with high production and totally safe.
EASE OF USE
Ease of use, simplicity of the control panels. The arm mixer has two panel options, electromechanical or digital.
VOLTAGE
Kneaders with a voltage between 230/400 V - 50Hz III are available for bakers and confectioners.
ARM MIXER ACCESSORIES
The possibility of incorporating elevator-turners on a divider or on a table allows the use of kneaders in large production bakeries.
There is the option of integrating wheels to the arm mixer to move the kneaded dough. This makes it easier to move the dough from one place to another in the bakery.
