What did I need?

My partner and I decided to start up a new business, in this case a bakery. None of us had any experience in the area and neither our family or friends could give us some advice. We came across with Salva brand at 2017 Intersicop edition, where we presented them our case and they advised us about what was commonly assembled on similar bakeries to ours.

What solution did Salva give you?

When we met Javier Rico in Sevilla, he rapidly showed us which kind of equipment we´re going to need to start up our new business. It was such a help; as I previously commented, we had a lack of any kind of experience and we even didn't know what we could need. He helped us during all the process, as besides the machinery, we had to design the local from scratch. Finally, the result was more than satisfactory.

"As any commercial relationship, we had our ups and downs, especially with the fermentation chamber, but we have to recognise that Salva did its best to get the best solution, and despite not having the issue solved completely, 3 years later they keep on offering us solutions to try to get the chamber work as we need."
