Lulu Hypermarket
What did I need?
The bakery and pastry section at Lulu Hypermarket in Saudi Arabia needed a reliable, fast baking solution suited to the pace of a retail environment. The goal was to achieve uniform and consistent baking for bread and pastry products, maintaining product quality throughout the day while also making the team’s daily work easier.
To meet these needs, it was essential to have a professional convection oven capable of reaching the required baking temperature quickly, ensuring even air distribution and simplifying baking processes. These features are especially important in supermarkets and retail establishments with continuous bread and pastry production.
What solution did Salva give you?
Salva provided Lulu Hypermarket in Saudi Arabia with a professional baking solution based on the convection oven Kwik-co, particularly suitable for retail environments, supermarkets and points of sale with bread and pastry production. Its design enables fast operation, ease of use and uniform baking, all key aspects for a professional bakery and pastry section.
The air circulation system of the Kwik-co, together with the turbine’s reverse rotation, promotes even heat distribution and helps achieve consistent results in every bake. In addition, its steam system and rapid heating capability make it possible to adapt the baking process to different bakery and pastry products.
With this installation, Salva provides a solution designed to combine baking quality, energy efficiency, ease of use and productivity, adapting to the operational demands of a supermarket such as Lulu Hypermarket.
With the Kwik-co convection oven, we achieve uniform baking and consistent results, which is essential for maintaining the quality of our bread and pastry products throughout the day.
