Convection oven for forced-air baking

  • At the heart of the oven, the AISI 304 stainless steel turbine, with its self-reversing rotation, ensures homogeneous cooking.
  • The stainless steel cladding provides an aesthetic balance between the design of the tempered glass and protection against shocks due to the demands of use.
  • The high-performance steamer ensures a steam spray by injecting water directly into the turbine, which is distributed throughout the chamber. 
  • The rounded and airtight chamber favours the air flow, guaranteeing a homogeneous baking, avoiding leaks.
  • COOL-TOUCH double glass door with easy-open system for cleaning. Exterior cold glass with thermal bridge breakage system and "Low-e" low emissivity glass.
  • Hinged lungs that guarantee easy access to the cooking chamber for cleaning.

Energy-efficient design

Double layer of insulation

A first layer of high-density insulation completely covers the chambers, while an air chamber minimises secondary conduction losses.

ECO auto shutdown parameter

During the time the oven consumes 0 kW/h under the ECO parameter.

This consists of switching the oven to a Stand-by state, in which all the oven systems are switched off after a time programmed by the customer, during which no action has been carried out on the panel or on the door.

Efficient maintenance ECU parameter

It manages the passage to an efficient maintenance temperature of the oven, after a time set by the user, without any action on the panel or on the door.

It leaves the factory activated with a time of 30 minutes and a temperature of 120 ºC.

For a holding temperature of 200 ºC, consumption is reduced by 75%. The cooking temperature recovery is 4 minutes.
