  • Suction Turbine: Designed to generate airflow that enhances the product’s base. This “floor effect” creates a crispier, more uniform bottom crust, improving the final product’s quality.

  • Steam: High-performance steam system that instantly generates large volumes of steam and distributes it evenly throughout the chamber. This enhances the final product’s appearance and ensures professional-grade baking.

  • Baking Chamber: The octagonal design guarantees even thermal distribution across all levels. The result is uniform baking, with no differences between trays—ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

  • Burner and Combustion Chamber (Gas and Diesel Models): Equipped with a high-efficiency forced-air burner and a safety probe that monitors chamber temperature to prevent overheating and extend equipment life.

  • Electric Heating Elements (Electric Models): Use robust, high-performance resistors. Their design ensures stable and efficient heat delivery, even under heavy workloads.
