- Suction turbine: The arrangement of the turbine, generates a floor effect on the product, achieving better cooking.
- Steam (Dynamic Steam Technology): Producer of high quantity and quality steam, fast recovery and uniform distribution of steam throughout the cooking chamber.
- Cooking chamber: The air speed and rotation of the platform is very low, achieving a smooth and adequate cooking to the product.
- Electric batteries: Being an electric model, it consists of batteries that make the operation of the oven possible.
- Baking quality: The octagonal design of the baking chamber provides regularity of temperature throughout the chamber, guaranteeing regularity of baking in the product.
- Redesigned door: The increased thickness of the door insulates the heat inside. The reinforcement of the opening shaft and the incorporation of a robust handle mark the personality of Salva, providing reliability and long life to the product. Reduces the temperature drop in the cooking chamber by 25%.
- Integrated temperature probe: Integrated in the air supply. Rapid temperature recovery is obtained and oven inertia is reduced.

- EXTRACTOR HOOD
Salva's extraction system allows the oven to work in a closed space, being able to evacuate all the particles generated during cooking, as the measurements show a level of presence of solid elements of less than 0.24 mg/m3.
- UNIVERSAL PLATFORM
Own anchoring system for your baking trolleys. The universal platform saves bakers who have their own baking trolleys from making unnecessary investments to work with the Sirocco.
- DOUBLE BALL PLATFORM
If you want to fit 2 trolleys in the SR and SP models, you can optionally use a double ball platform designed for Salva's own trolleys.
- FORCED SHOT
Suitable for products that need an extra amount of dry air in the cooking chamber.
- REINFORCED PLATFORM
Suitable for users who need to load the oven platform with a higher load than standard.

Cooking quality
The slow rotational speed of the trolley together with the low air flow ensures "gentle" baking of the most delicate products as well as homogeneous baking. The octagonal design of the chamber ensures constant air flow in the vertical of the trolley.

The unique high-performance steam generator consists of laminated steel plates with a high thermal mass, guaranteeing perfect cooking of products that require a large amount of steam.
