Negative cold chamber for storage of product at negative temperatures.
from -25ºC to -15ºC
Negative cold chamber (from -25ºC to -15ºC) for product storage at negative temperatures.
Refrigerated storage chamber with negative cold, equipped with cooling units in monoblock or split version, intended for small and medium-sized bakery and pastry shops.
The solution to proper food preservation
Features
Characteristics of the negative cold chamber (NCC)
Negative cold chambers allow the preservation of any product down to -25ºC. With the perfectly dimensioned refrigeration equipment (in MONOBLOCK or SPLIT version), they achieve a perfectly uniform temperature distribution throughout the interior of the chamber.
- Negative cold chamber for product storage at negative temperatures..
- Indoor temperature working range: From -25ºC.
- Working range at outside temperature: Up to 43ºC.
- Chamber built with 60mm thick polyurethane foam sandwich panel.
- Indoor and outdoor surfaces finished in food grade PVC.
- 1 insulated door with right hinged key lock as standard
- 60mm thick insulated floor with AISI 304 food grade stainless steel cladding.
- Refrigeration equipment:
- MONOBLOCK located on the ceiling of the chamber.
- SPLIT with evaporators located inside the chamber and the rest of the cooling unit located at a distance of up to 10 metres.
- Sanitary profile for all joints and LED lighting.
- Refrigerant gas: R452A

Zero waste, lower cost and maximum energy efficiency
Food preservation
High capacity to preserve perishable foods for extended periods of time. Low temperatures prevent the growth of microorganisms and delay the spoilage of food, helping to maintain its quality, freshness and nutritional value for longer.
Longer product life
By maintaining a constant and extremely low temperature, negative cold chambers prevent the formation of large ice crystals that could damage the cellular structure of the raw material. In addition, the low temperature also inhibits enzyme activity and chemical reactions that can cause product degradation.
Quality control
Negative cold rooms allow precise control of storage conditions. They can regulate temperature, humidity and air circulation, providing an optimal environment for preserving products.
Two types of refrigeration equipment
- MONOBLOCK - Cold unit located in the top of the unit
- SPLIT - Evaporators located inside the chamber and the rest of the cooling unit located at a distance of up to 10 metres.
